2. It is highly appreciated if every delegate of participant enterprises can fill out a registration form and return it as soon as possible. The deadline of application is March 31, 2008. In the event that a delegate, who has registered and paid up the charge, cannot attend the Conference halfway for reasons, the Secretariat of Boao Forum for Asia International Capital Conference shall be notified in the form of written notice before March 31, 2008. Deferred notification shall subject to half of total application charge as management fee.
